Link Personnel is working in conjunction with a Top Professional Services Firm in relation to hiring a Senior Talent Manager. The successful candidate will be highly motivated with a genuine interest in Performance Management and Performance Analysis. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing performance management strategies and initiatives to support employee engagement and development. This will suit a candidate with strong background in HR or L & D.

The talent management team is responsible for the administration of performance management processes and bonus and salary review cycles across the firm. The team co-ordinates all promotion and remuneration cycles, ensuring the processes are fair and transparent, with support for employees and managers throughout. As Talent Manager you will be Super user for HR Systems to include administration, user training and development. The role will also have a strong focus on data analytics and accuracy. The Role:

- Develop and implement performance management strategies aligned to the firm's values and objectives.
- Review and develop performance management processes, and tools to effectively evaluate performance and inform the promotions process.
- Lead the objective setting process, manage the annual calendar and provide training and support to employees and managers on objective setting and review.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement and provide meaningful reporting on key milestones.
- Be the HR system super-user, including account setup, user training, development and support, and produce reports and statistics from the system focusing on data analytics and accuracy.
- Work with the finance and HR teams on remuneration policy, bonus structure and implementation and oversee administration of same.
- Co-ordinate all promotion and remuneration cycles, ensuring the processes are fair and transparent, and provide support to employees and managers.
- Collaborate with managers to identify development opportunities, liaise with L&D to craft training and development programmes to address skills gaps.
- Provide coaching and support to managers to help them develop their teams.
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop and monitor succession plans and capacity planning across the firm.

The Candidate:

- You are a HR professional with proven experience in performance management, talent development and employee engagement.
- You display a strong understanding of performance management principles, methodologies, and best practice and have excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
- You are an effective communicator and able to build relationships with employees across the firm.
- You have excellent project management skills, attention to detail and proficiency in HR systems and other relevant software applications.
- You understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion, can influence others, and are committed to continuous learning and professional development.
