As a Talent & Performance Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our progressive talent and performance strategy aligned to our 2030 goals.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Supporting strategic talent initiatives by collaborating with different teams and stakeholders across the business.
Managing multiple end-to-end talent and performance initiatives globally, ensuring smooth execution and measurable impact.
Developing and improving tools, templates, and guidance materials to support effective performance and talent conversations across the business.
Partnering with P&C Operations and tech teams to ensure talent and performance processes are efficient, tech-enabled, and scalable.
Leading global engagement activities and capability-building efforts to embed ownership of performance and talent processes.
Managing data collection and analytics to generate actionable insights, while staying close to market trends to continuously improve our talent and performance practices.
Requirements for this role include:
Relevant experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in retail, with a strong understanding of how to deliver talent and performance initiatives at scale.
Specialist knowledge in talent and performance, with direct involvement in leading performance and talent management processes.
Confidence working with data, analytics, and people systems, using insights to inform decisions and drive improvements.
Strong project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Global perspective and relationship building, understanding how to roll out global programmes with sensitivity to local and cultural differences.
Resilient and results-focused, able to manage competing priorities, communicate clearly, and deliver results with confidence and agility.
