Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a vital role in driving business success through effective talent management and employee engagement.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of our HR department, ensuring that all aspects of people management are aligned with our organization's strategic objectives.

You will partner closely with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth, improve employee experience, and foster a positive work culture.

Your expertise will be crucial in advising on employment law, conducting performance evaluations, and identifying opportunities for talent development and succession planning.

In addition, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR practices and policies across the organization.

You will be responsible for analyzing HR metrics and trends to inform data-driven decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

A strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management principles is essential for this role. You must also possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in HR management, preferably within a large or global organization
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management principles
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
