Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description

Our company is a leading building and civil engineering contractor working across several industries.

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role requires supporting the hiring team in identifying resourcing plans and developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to design job descriptions and interview questions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to identify resourcing plans and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage multiple recruitment campaigns through various channels including agency partners, social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and oversee the selection process.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.

Job Requirements:

This position requires an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively collaborate with hiring teams to develop and implement recruitment strategies.

Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and meet deadlines.

A proven track record of successfully attracting and selecting top talent is essential for this role.
