A highly respected specialist recruitment consultancy in Dublin is seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Expert.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full 360 recruitment process for manufacturing clients.
- Bolster business growth with new and existing clients, including managing your own client database.
- Source and screen top candidates, ensuring excellent training and mentorship from experienced recruiters.
- Degree from a recognized third-level institution in Ireland preferred.
- Ideally, one year of experience working in recruitment or a related field.
- Self-motivated, organized, and excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal), confident cold calling, and results-driven.
- Attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency and confident decision-making skills.
