Talent Acquisition Lead - Corporate Roles

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to spearhead our recruitment efforts for corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in corporate functions.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs and requirements.
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless candidate experiences and timely hiring processes.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in corporate settings.
  • Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of corporate functions, including marketing, finance, legal, real estate, and people operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
