As a key player in our organization, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers and HR partners. This will involve managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and fit the organizational culture
  • Conduct interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers based on thorough evaluations
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-informed decisions

To succeed in this role, you should possess a proven track record in recruitment, preferably in an in-house global environment. You should also be fluent in English and have additional fluency in one of the following languages: German, French, or Portuguese.
