We're on the hunt for a seasoned Business Development expert to spearhead our growth strategy in Ireland. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in convincing prospective customers that our digital credit card and payments solution is the payment method of the future.

You'll work closely with colleagues from Customer Success, Underwriting, and Product Management to deliver on key performance indicators and drive business growth.

  • Customer Acquisition & Retention: Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key prospects across Ireland, converting leads into customers and managing long-term client relationships.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing, ensuring a structured and efficient process.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as a market expert for our brand, representing us at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
  • Market Understanding: Stay up to date with the latest developments in the Irish fintech & travel landscape, competitors' offerings, and customer needs.
  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Define our local strategy and shape the product for specific market needs.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with sales, growth, and revenue operations teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
