Susquehanna is seeking a skilled and dynamic Talent Sourcer to join our Recruiting Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent across the organisation.

This highly valued role involves working closely with hiring managers and interviewers to develop tailored sourcing strategies and conduct market and competitor research to craft compelling job ads and outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates for a variety of roles across Susquehanna's business units by leveraging creative sourcing strategies and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing plans that drive results.
  • Conduct thorough market and competitor research to inform job ad creation and outreach campaign development.
  • Measure the success of sourcing and marketing efforts through data analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines and foster long-term relationships with potential hires.
  • Support branding efforts and participate in local recruiting events and sponsorships to enhance Susquehanna's presence in the market.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a sourcing or recruiting role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong research and sourcing skills, with the ability to creatively identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
