- The Regional Talent Enablement Partner will drive the delivery of engaging learning experiences, empowering managers, and ensuring our talent programs have a lasting impact on our people.]
- This role involves leading workshops, training sessions, and manager enablement experiences across regional sites both virtually and in-person.]
Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement high-impact training programs that cater to diverse needs and preferences.]
- Localize global programs to reflect cultural context, business requirements, and feedback from the region.]">
- Lead regional communications and engagement efforts to boost talent program adoption and behavior change.]">
- Travel across key locations to build connections and deliver consistent learning experiences.]">
- Partner with global teams to provide regional insight informing ongoing manager enablement design.]">
- Support employees and managers through critical performance moments.]">
- Facilitate live sessions building core performance management capabilities.]">
- Champion learning platforms and tools, helping teams navigate and adopt them.]">
- Contribute to learning initiatives and campaigns bringing programs to life, including instructional analysis and design.]">
- Own regional analytics for learning and performance programs, including adoption, participation, and engagement metrics.]">
- Analyze data to generate insights, identify improvement areas, and influence global program direction.]">
- Apply AI to improve scalability, personalization, and effectiveness of learning and performance programs.]">
- Pilot and support AI-powered experiments in facilitation, content design, delivery, and learner experience.]">
Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in learning facilitation, talent development, or organizational effectiveness.]">
- Strong facilitation skills, presence, confidence, and adaptability in live and virtual formats.]">
- Excellent communication – written, verbal, and visual – with ability to explain, inspire, and influence.]">
- Proven analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions.]">
- Cultural intelligence and ability to build trust across diverse teams and geographies.]">
- Agility in fast-changing environments with growth mindset and bias for action.]">
- Familiarity with learning systems, facilitation platforms, and analytics tools.]">
- Curiosity about future of work and its applications in talent development at scale.]">
