A forward-thinking organization is seeking an experienced and people-focused Talent Development Specialist to join their team.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will take ownership of the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training and development, performance management, and policy compliance.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster inclusion, collaboration, and creativity.
- Manage performance management processes and provide coaching support to managers.
- Identify training needs and deliver development programmes that drive growth and career progression.
- Ensure HR policies comply with employment legislation and best practice.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or a related field (CIPD qualification a plus), 5+ years' HR management experience, strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and employee relations. Proven track record in employee engagement and culture-building initiatives, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to connect at all levels.
