As a Talent & Performance Manager, you will be responsible for creating an environment where employees can thrive and develop their careers.

Talent & Performance Specialist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic talent initiatives and deliver global projects. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across different skillsets to manage multiple end-to-end talent and performance initiatives.

  • Develop and implement a progressive talent and performance strategy aligned to business goals.
  • Ensure smooth execution and measurable impact of talent and performance processes.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to:

  • Enable effective talent and performance processes by partnering with operations and tech teams.
  • Drive engagement and capability by leading global engagement activities and capability-building efforts.
  • Generate insights and continuous improvement by managing data collection and analytics.

We require:

  • Relevant experience in fast-paced environments, ideally with a background in retail.
  • Specialist knowledge in talent and performance, including direct involvement in leading performance and talent management processes.
  • Data and systems proficiency, including experience with Workday.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • A global perspective and relationship-building skills, with the ability to roll out global programmes with sensitivity to local and cultural differences.
