As a Talent & Performance Manager, you will be responsible for creating an environment where employees can thrive and develop their careers.
Talent & Performance Specialist RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic talent initiatives and deliver global projects. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across different skillsets to manage multiple end-to-end talent and performance initiatives.
- Develop and implement a progressive talent and performance strategy aligned to business goals.
- Ensure smooth execution and measurable impact of talent and performance processes.

We require:
- Relevant experience in fast-paced environments, ideally with a background in retail.
- Specialist knowledge in talent and performance, including direct involvement in leading performance and talent management processes.
- Data and systems proficiency, including experience with Workday.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- A global perspective and relationship-building skills, with the ability to roll out global programmes with sensitivity to local and cultural differences.
