Are you ready to take on a leadership role in talent development? As a Talent Lead, you will play a key part in shaping the future workforce of our organization.

This challenging and rewarding position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. You will work closely with business units, HR partners, and talent acquisition teams to develop and implement effective talent strategies that drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine our talent strategy to ensure alignment with current and future business needs.
  • Design and deliver robust talent review and succession planning processes for critical roles, building a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse skills gaps, create, and implement succession plans, addressing and closing future talent gaps.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all talent initiatives, establishing metrics and delivering programs to promote a culture of respect, belonging, and opportunity.
  • Design, implement, and deliver talent and learning solutions to accelerate employee growth and readiness for future opportunities.
  • Identify and build talent pools to ensure appropriate talent strategies are in place at all levels, including early and emerging talent.
  • Support the development of a high-performance culture through effective goal setting, feedback, and review processes.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment on talent priorities.

  • Ability to anticipate future trends and develop clear, actionable strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, able to build trust, inspire teams, and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong drive for outcomes, with a proven ability to deliver results on time and to high standards.

  • Ability to analyse and understand data and trends, using insights to inform decisions and improve processes.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead through ambiguity and transformation, engaging employees and embracing new ways of working.

  • Skilled at partnering with stakeholders to identify needs, anticipate challenges, and work collaboratively to develop effective solutions.
