Operating within a complex, diverse and fast paced environment, the Talent Lead will champion initiatives that develop, engage, and retain top talent across a wide variety of disciplines. This key role balances strategic thinking to help shape daa's future workforce, with a hands-on approach to delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and continuously refine daa group's talent strategy, ensuring alignment with current and future business needs.
  • Design and deliver robust talent review and succession planning processes for critical roles, building a strong leadership and talent pipeline for the group.
  • Collaborate with business units, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to analyse skills gaps, and create and implement robust succession pipeline plans, proactively addressing and closing future talent gaps.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all talent initiatives, establishing metrics and delivering programmes to promote a culture of respect, belonging, and opportunity for all employees.
  • Design, implement and deliver talent and learning solutions and interventions for key talent to accelerate employee growth and readiness for future opportunities.
  • Through the talent planning process, identify and build talent pools to ensure that appropriate talent strategies are in place at all levels of the organisation, including early and emerging talent as well as established talent.
  • Support the development of a high-performance culture through the development of effective goal setting, feedback, and review processes.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners ensuring clear communication and alignment on talent priorities.
  • Act as a catalyst for change, supporting organisational transformation and capability-building projects that enable daa to succeed and grow.
