We are seeking a skilled facilitator to lead our talent enablement initiatives in the EMEA region.
As our Regional Talent Enablement Partner, you will play a key role in delivering engaging learning experiences and enabling managers across the region.
You will be responsible for facilitating high-impact workshops and training sessions, both virtually and in-person, to drive business outcomes and employee development.

Responsibilities- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the EMEA region
- Develop and deliver tailored learning solutions that meet the needs of our employees and managers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective talent programs
- Analyze data and metrics to measure program effectiveness and inform future initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent development and apply this knowledge to improve our programs
- 3–5 years of experience in learning facilitation, talent development, or organizational effectiveness
- Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that drive business results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Cultural intelligence and adaptability, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse and global environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights-driven decision making
