Job Summary:
The Regional Talent Enablement Partner plays a pivotal role in driving engaging learning experiences, empowering managers, and ensuring the successful implementation of talent programs across regional sites. This key position involves leading high-impact workshops, training sessions, and manager enablement experiences that cater to regional needs.
Talent Enablement Objectives
- Deliver impactful workshops and training sessions designed to enhance leadership capabilities across regional sites.
- Localize global programs to reflect cultural context, business needs, and regional feedback.
- Lead regional communications and engagement efforts to promote talent program adoption and behavior change.
Manager and Leader Enablement
- Facilitate new manager onboarding and live learning sessions focused on core leadership skills development.
- Collaborate with the global program lead to provide regional insights that inform ongoing manager enablement design.
Performance Enablement
- Guide employees and managers through critical performance moments, such as goal setting, feedback, check-ins, and calibration.
Learning Experience Activation
- Promote Workday Learning and other learning tools, helping teams navigate, adopt, and derive value from the platforms.
Analytics & Impact
- Own regional analytics for learning and performance programs, including adoption, participation, and engagement metrics.
Transforming Talent Through AI
- Pilot and support AI-powered experiments in facilitation, content design, delivery, and learner experience.
