Job Title: Regional Talent Enablement Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Talent Enablement Partner to join our team. As a key member of our learning and development function, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging learning experiences, enabling managers, and helping our talent programs land with our people.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in delivering high-impact workshops, training sessions, and manager enablement experiences across regional sites.
  • Localize and adapt global programs to reflect cultural context, business needs, and feedback from the region.
  • Travel across EMEA locations to build in-person connections and deliver consistent, engaging learning experiences.
  • Facilitate new manager onboarding and live learning sessions designed to build core leadership capabilities.
  • Guide employees and managers through key performance moments, including goal setting, feedback, check-ins, and calibration.
  • Champion Workday Learning and other learning tools, helping teams navigate, adopt, and get value from the platforms.
  • Contribute to learning initiatives and campaigns that bring programs to life across the region.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in learning facilitation, talent development, or organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with presence, confidence, and adaptability across live and virtual formats.
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and visual.
  • Proven analytical skills, able to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Cultural intelligence and the ability to build trust across diverse teams and geographies.
