Job Description

We are seeking a talented Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing regional marketing campaigns across EMEA and APAC.

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will work closely with our sales and global demand generation teams to support regional pipeline growth and brand development. You will also localise global campaigns and messaging to align with regional nuances, buyer personas, and market maturity levels.

  • Develop and execute integrated regional marketing programs across EMEA and APAC, including webinars, digital campaigns, partner co-marketing, field events, and content syndication.
  • Collaborate with sales, partnerships, and cross-functional marketing teams to align goals and drive execution.
  • Research and evaluate regional opportunities such as third-party events, sponsorships, media partnerships, and activations that support business objectives.
  • Partner with content and product marketing teams to ensure campaign messaging and assets are relevant, compelling, and regionally appropriate.
  • Build and execute audience-focused field and digital events, including third-party sponsorships, executive roundtables, roadshows, and workshops.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the SaaS or tech industry, with a focus on regional or international marketing programs within EMEA.
  • Understanding of EMEA and how to tailor marketing efforts across different regions and cultures.
  • Demonstrated success in executing integrated marketing programs and events that drive awareness, demand, and pipeline.
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales, partnerships, and cross-functional marketing teams to align goals and drive execution.
  • Proven ability to localise global campaigns for different geographies, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance with target audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure marketing impact, optimise performance, and communicate results to stakeholders.
