Regional Talent Enablement Leader

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that meet business objectives
- Collaborating with managers to identify training needs and develop tailored programs
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization
To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Proven experience in talent development or a related field
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
