Job Title:

    Regional HR Leader

Care facilities across the Leinster region require a strategic and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee employee relationships, recruitment, and talent development.

This role will involve regular travel between sites within the Leinster area. The successful candidate will report to the Group HR Director and assist with all duties related to the employment relationship as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive innovative recruitment strategies and programmes to attract top talent.
  • Engage with staff and stakeholders to implement HR initiatives that promote collaboration and innovation.
  • Communicate key objectives and strategies to internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
  • Lead and develop the HR team, providing guidance and support to HR Generalists in each care facility.
  • Travel between care facilities as required to provide HR support and advice.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, offering expert advice and support to HR Generalists to maintain compliance and best practices.
  • Handle regional employee relations issues and ensure consistency across care facilities.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage conflicts at a regional level, acting as a mediator and advisor to HR Generalists.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR operations comply with legal and policy requirements and ensure HIQA requirements are met for all care facilities in the region.
  • Execute HR strategies aligned with the Group HR Director's plan, adapting them to meet local needs and providing strategic input to HR Generalists.
  • Implement and monitor employee engagement initiatives, working closely with HR Generalists to maintain a motivated workforce at the regional level.
  • Oversee regional recruitment processes and develop talent pipelines for the region.
  • Lead recruitment processes for the region, guiding HR Generalists in sourcing and hiring the best talent.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and non-statutory training across care facilities in the region.
  • Monitor and report HR metrics within the region, providing insights and recommendations to HR Generalists to improve performance.
  • Implement training and development programs for regional HR staff and monitor regional HR metrics and KPIs.
