Talent Development Strategist Role

Our organization seeks a seasoned talent management professional to drive strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and deliver business outcomes globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans for talent development, performance management, and goal-setting.
  • Process Enhancement: Analyze operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions to enhance talent management capabilities.
  • Platform Management: Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to manage and maintain talent platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Decision Support: Leverage data insights to inform talent decisions, drive business results, and communicate findings effectively.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate procedures, policies, and guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
  • Change Facilitation: Facilitate communication, training, and adoption of new processes, tools, and programs to support organizational change.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 8+ years of experience in talent management, preferably in a global enterprise setting.
  • Strong knowledge of talent systems, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making and storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a similar field preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
