Talent Solutions Account Executive

This role will be based in Dublin and is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to leverage their skills and experience to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They will be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries as well as blanketing the region with outbound activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and develop strong personal relationships with prospects
  • Create reliable forecasts and communicate effectively with management on pipeline status
  • Closely manage existing accounts and seek out opportunities to expand our presence in the market
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for the territory, leveraging data to inform decision-making and persuade others
  • Invest in colleagues by providing coaching and advice when possible, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of applicable sales experience, with fluency in German and English
  • Proven ability to find, manage and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment
  • Demonstrated negotiation and forecasting skills, with a strong understanding of software contract terms and conditions
