Job Overview

As a seasoned professional in the recruitment industry, we are seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of success in recruiting, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Dublin 2 - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic outreach efforts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into market trends, talent availability, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Assessment: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients, providing detailed profiles and recommendations to facilitate the hiring process.
  • Recruitment Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client objectives and fill open positions within specified timeframes.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and craft targeted recruitment campaigns.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding assistance.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have worked as an agency recruiter previously and be motivated and proven in achieving billing objectives.
