A strategic opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to leverage their expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in identifying, attracting, and placing top legal talent within the industry.
This is a hybrid role, working 2-3 days a week from our Dublin office, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to meet client needs and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and candidates.
- Conduct thorough assessments of candidate skills and experience to ensure optimal matches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless candidate experience and timely placement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.
- 5+ years' experience in legal recruitment, with a focus on client relationships and market development activities.
- In-depth understanding of various legal roles and the Irish market.
- Strong networking skills and experience meeting and acquiring top candidates.
- Winning attitude and outlook, with high personal standards and expectations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
