Our client, a leading professional services legal firm, has a unique opportunity to hire an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role will join a busy recruitment team. You will recruit across multiple practice areas and will be an ambassador and first point of contact for lateral recruitment for the firm. This is an excellent brand, with an excellent reputation. They are employers of choice and you will also work as part of a wider HR team.

About the Role:

  • Manage the full life cycle of a varied portfolio of roles;
  • Advertising roles internally and externally, sourcing direct candidates, and building a talent pipeline;
  • Develop strong relationships with PSL;
  • Manage the interview process, providing expert consultative advice to internal clients;
  • Conduct screening calls with applicants and interviews with hiring managers;
  • Prepare and manage offer documentation;
  • Prepare and send contracts and new starter documents to joiners, regarding onboarding;
  • Manage the business services graduate and act as a mentor;
  • Work closely with the Recruitment Senior Manager on day-to-day operational issues and the delivery of strategic projects.

The Candidate

  • You have at least three years' experience in recruitment, ideally in a corporate environment or a professional services agency;
  • Excellent management of key stakeholder relationships and external agency management;
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining professional at all times;
  • Have a clear understanding of the recruitment process ensuring an excellent recruitment experience for both the hiring manager and candidate.
