Software Development Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Development Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our in-house recruiting team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for connecting top-tier tech talent with innovative opportunities.

Job Description:

Our fast-paced and dynamic recruiting environment requires a talented individual who can develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-impact development roles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the software development landscape, technical hiring best practices, and experience working in highly selective hiring environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for technical and quantitative candidates
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and agency partnerships
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform hiring strategies
  • Deliver data-driven insights and reporting to stakeholders to support decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic recruiting environment
  • Proven success recruiting technical and/or quantitative candidates, especially in front office or high-performance tech environments
  • Deep understanding of the software development landscape and technical hiring best practices
  • Experience working in highly selective hiring environments
  • Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
  • Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship management
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
