Complex Project Manager

As a senior project manager, you'll take full ownership of driving complex projects that directly impact the development and launch of new products globally.
You'll work at the intersection of innovation, technical excellence, and stakeholder collaboration – ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and at the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams through project lifecycle stages – initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
- Drive new product introductions into manufacturing environments.
- Define project scope, timelines, and budgets for stakeholder alignment.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, communication, and performance reviews.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while fostering accountability and excellence.
- Maintain customer focus, quality, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
- 4+ years of project management or engineering experience (ideally in a regulated industry).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – a natural collaborator and influencer.
- Solid technical foundation with process validation, risk management, and project scheduling tools experience.
- A growth mindset, adaptability, and desire to continuously learn and improve.
Preferred:
- PMP certification (or strong interest in achieving it).
- Demonstrated Leadership, Project Management, and Engineering experience in New Product Introduction in a regulated environment.
