Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, purchasing, and inventory management to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Chef de Partie in a similar environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP & Hygiene practices.
  • Ability to lead and motivate junior staff members to achieve shared goals.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
