Job Title: Investment Fund Operations Associate

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast-paced environment, focusing on private markets fund administration.

You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of fund operations, including client services, financial reporting, investor relations, and capital event servicing.

A typical day may involve balancing deal funding processes while managing audits and investor queries simultaneously, showcasing your ability to multitask and work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting, audit, and reporting functions for a portfolio of closed-ended and semi-closed-ended private equity and debt funds.
  • Maintain responsibility for LP/investors' capital calls, distributions, investor financial reports, and capital statements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through a deep understanding of contractual agreements.
  • Implement Change Control processes to prevent service scope creep.
  • Execute control frameworks through high-quality execution of checklists and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude, multi-tasking, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Organizational and planning skills are essential.
  • Show dedication to doing the right thing, taking ownership, and being accountable.
  • Data literacy and understanding of data importance in private market structures.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Private Equity fund administration or alternatives funds industry.
  • Familiarity with FIS Investran or Arcesium is beneficial.
