Key Account Manager Role

We are seeking a commercially-minded Customer Proposition and Retention Lead to join our mobile division.

This is an opportunity to take full ownership of customer management, leading the strategy and execution of retention, loyalty, and upsell campaigns that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver customer management strategies, campaigns, and lifecycle communications
  • Inform propositions based on customer insight and market trends
  • Reduce churn, increase customer lifetime value, and enhance customer experience
  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning and execution
  • Optimise customer journeys and improve in-life experiences
  • Act as the voice of the customer in pricing and proposition decisions
  • Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, using insights to inform future activity

We require someone with:

  • 3–5 years' experience in customer-facing roles — within telecoms, mobile, or subscription-based businesses
  • A working knowledge of the competitive landscape across telecoms
  • A strong understanding of customer management, CRM, and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel campaigns (EDM, digital, social, etc.)
  • A data-driven mindset and passion for customer experience
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
