We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Senior Customer Success Manager I, responsible for delivering unparalleled customer experiences across our key account base.

This strategic position demands a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise, ensuring seamless transitions through the customer lifecycle. Collaborating closely with sales and CSM teams, you will drive value realization and adoption with our largest deployments.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth and retention among our strategic customers.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, unlocking maximum ROI from their investments.
  • Advocate for customer needs within our organization, influencing cross-functional teams to inform product development, support, engineering, and sales initiatives.
  • Guide customers through every stage, from onboarding and adoption to executive business reviews and renewals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, fostering enduring partnerships and long-term success.
To Succeed in This Role:
  • Bring 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field within a SaaS organization, showcasing proven success managing ARR and a large portfolio of key accounts.
  • Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, adept at dissecting complex challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and a growth mindset, eager to learn, adapt, and thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Be results-driven, consistently achieving individual and team objectives.
  • Cultivate a collaborative spirit, exceling in fast-paced environments while showcasing flexibility and resilience.
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen, skilled in negotiations, objection handling, and driving ARR growth.
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of SaaS business models, supporting enterprise accounts to deliver measurable value realization across global teams.
  • Showcase proven ability to build credibility and serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers toward successful outcomes and long-term partnerships.
