Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our residential or mixed-use construction projects from inception to completion.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with strong leadership and team management skills. They will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Lead the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to handover.
  • Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and engineers to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
  • Drive quality assurance and ensure all work meets company and regulatory standards.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on residential or mixed-use developments.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
