Financial Management Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced financial leader to oversee our company's financial operations. This individual will report directly to senior management and be responsible for ensuring accurate financial statements, managing audits, controlling costs, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Manage financial risk, controls, and internal procedures.
  • Support the CFO in strategic planning, including profitability analysis and cost control.
  • Oversee the finance team, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in financial services or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management and a deep understanding of financial regulations.
