Senior Project Manager Role

Lead cross-functional teams and suppliers to plan and execute multiple facilities, utilities, and HVAC projects on-site at our manufacturing site.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a project charter and management plan, direct, manage, monitor, and control project activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, create a detailed work breakdown structure, and develop a project Gantt chart.
  • Manage the project budget, monitor costs, and maintain a risk management plan.
  • Estimate, acquire, and assign cross-functional project resources, define roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for team members.
Key Requirements:
  • PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Level 8 NFQ, 6+ years of experience, strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 41001, and facilities management software/tools is necessary.
  • Demonstrated verbal, written communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
