Transforming Businesses with AI: A Technical Role

About the Job

This is a highly cross-functional, technical position where you'll leverage your full-stack engineering skills to build systems that drive business growth. You'll collaborate closely with various teams to understand pain points, decompose complex problems, and develop elegant solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement internal tools and infrastructure that directly support revenue generation.
  • Develop AI agents to automate processes, surface insights, and integrate data across multiple tools and resources.
  • Partner with strategy and operations teams to deeply understand customer and sales lifecycles, then automate, optimize, and reimagine them with code.
  • Own & launch experiments to identify new ways to scale and optimize operations, driving their development and implementation.
  • Deliver technical enablement that makes insights actionable across teams, through education, tooling, and streamlined workflows.
  • Rapidly prototype and deploy full-stack features that have immediate business impact.
Requirements

We're seeking exceptional engineers passionate about building scalable technical systems. You might be a technical start-up cofounder or a full-stack engineer eager to build more with AI.

  • Strong full-stack engineering skills: comfortable moving across frontend, backend, and infrastructure as needed. Minimum requirements: Python, SQL.
  • Builder mindset: move fast, work independently, and don't wait for perfect specs—you uncover them through action. Spot patterns, identify opportunities to automate or standardize, and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Deep product intuition: think in terms of systems and workflows, and care about the business impact of what you build. Design & build tools that empower internal teams to move faster and operate more independently.
  • Passionate about AI: eager to explore how AI can transform B2B sales, marketing, operation, and finance. Experience working with data, AI agents, LLMs, prompting, and common integration patterns across tools and systems.
