Senior Culinary Team Member

Responsibilities- Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef in running the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality food preparation.
- Take direction from department managers and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
- Follow HACCP regulations at all times and support fellow kitchen staff in maintaining appropriate systems of hygiene during food preparation and storage.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience working in hotels or similar environments.
- A genuine passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional cuisine.
- A mature and pleasant manner when dealing with customers and team members.
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
