Senior Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in Galway. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with menu planning, preparing main courses, maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety, inventory management, and compliance with health regulations.
Responsibilities:- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation
- Prepare high-quality main courses in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Manage kitchen inventory effectively, minimizing waste and ensuring seamless operations
This role requires a strong leadership and management style, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen environment
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen management
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
