We are seeking an experienced Senior Chef to lead our culinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities include menu planning, development and implementation, ensuring the highest standards of food presentation, hygiene and safety.

A successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and train junior staff members.

This is a full-time position requiring flexible working hours, including day, evening and weekend shifts.

Suitable candidates must be able to work collaboratively with front-of-house colleagues and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
