Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate individual who will play a key role in managing food preparation, presentation, and hygiene within the designated section.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present dishes according to menu and quality standards.
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP regulations.
  • Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
  • Support stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver smooth service during busy periods.
  • Contribute to menu development with fresh seasonal ideas.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef De Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up.
  • Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team under pressure.
  • Flexibility with working hours including evenings and weekends.
