Culinary Excellence Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Excellence Leader to join our team. This role demands innovation and ambition to enhance our dining offerings and ensure a memorable gastronomic experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine menus, ensuring a mix of traditional and contemporary dishes that reflect our brand and satisfy diverse palates.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including ingredient procurement, recipe standardization, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a team of kitchen staff to ensure culinary and hygienic standards are met.
  • Collaborate with management to control costs, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Spearhead the culinary aspect of events, creating bespoke menus and overseeing their execution to high standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a senior chef in a high-volume, upscale hotel or restaurant.
  • Culinary arts training from a reputable institution; additional certifications in hospitality management a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing a cohesive team.
  • Creative culinary skills with the ability to forecast and react to dining trends.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in managing budgets and cost controls.
