Job Title: Culinary Team Leader

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our existing team. As a key member of the culinary team, you will assist in planning, preparing, and executing menus that meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, preparation, and execution.
  2. Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
  3. Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency according to set standards.
  4. Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
  5. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  6. Step into the Head Chef's role when required, managing all kitchen operations.
  7. Contribute to menu development, including seasonal and special offerings.
Requirements:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is required.
- You must be able to demonstrate flair, creativity, and skill in the kitchen.
- Experience in working in a high volume busy environment is essential.
- The ability to work well on your own initiative and as part of a team is crucial.

Skills Required:
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP protocols.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
