Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity Governance Architect to lead our team in delivering innovative identity and access management solutions. This role will be responsible for providing technical leadership, expertise, and guidance to ensure the success of our IAM strategy.

About the Role

In this position, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our identity governance systems. Your technical expertise will help us ensure secure, appropriate, and timely access to enterprise resources while supporting our Identity and Access Management strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and act as escalation point for the Identity Governance team.
  • Design, implement, and maintain identity governance systems to support 24/7 services.
  • Monitor IAM identity governance systems performance and health for optimal operation; perform regular maintenance.
  • Respond to alerts and incidents, troubleshoot, and restore services promptly.
  • Develop high-performing identity operations engineers through coaching, career development, and performance management.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field required. 5+ years of proven experience in supporting, delivering, and securing Identity and Access Management services, including expertise in identity provisioning, access management, governance, and administration.
