Identity Governance Specialist

This role plays a crucial part in delivering how our organization ensures secure, appropriate, and timely access to enterprise resources, while supporting the capabilities that help us achieve and sustain our Identity and Access Management strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership and act as escalation point for the Identity Governance and IAM team.
- Recruit, hire and develop high-performing identity operations engineers.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and operational discipline.
- Cultivate a diverse and inclusive team with different perspectives and backgrounds.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven experience in supporting, delivering and securing Identity and Access Management services, including expertise in identity provisioning, access management, governance and administration. Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager, Entra ID, and SailPoint IIQ is also required. Additional preferences include IT service management (ITIL) experience, effective collaboration with technical counterparts and leaders, and critical thinking and analytical skills.
