Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Family Medicine team at the Dublin clinic. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, and provide comprehensive patient care, including conducting physical exams, ordering diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them about their health conditions and treatment options.
  • Document all interactions with patients and staff in a timely and accurate manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant program.
  • One to three years of experience as an APP, preferably in family medicine.
  • Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, DEA license, and Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and automated computer systems.
