Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare support staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care across multiple channels.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling written and verbal communications with patients, addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently. You will also assist the clinical team with communication between healthcare professionals and manage administrative tasks, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Work closely with the clinical team to facilitate effective communication between healthcare professionals.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including logging and escalating complaints or incidents as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Patient Care Team and other departments to deliver high-quality patient support.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Call centre or customer support experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with IT systems, including booking systems, email, and Google Suite.
