Electrical Engineer Role

This role is based in Limerick and involves working as a Design Engineer for an engineering consultancy. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all Electrical design aspects of clients' projects.

The successful candidate will work within a team to manage projects from conceptual stage through to detailed design. They will need to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality designs and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Electrical design on various projects
  • Develop sustainable building engineering services designs
  • Ensure technical quality through best practice and continuous improvement
  • Prepare client reports and recommendations
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and legislation
  • Consider health and safety in all aspects of the work

Requirements:

  • Degree Level Education in Electrical/BUILDING SERVICES discipline
  • Relevant experience in Electrical Building Services systems
  • Working knowledge of other Building Services disciplines
  • Ability to consider safety in design and develop risk-free solutions
  • Ability to research and work independently
