Responsibilities
- Support adults with intellectual disabilities and autism in our Day Services
- Develop and implement person-centred plans to promote independence and socialisation
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery
Qualifications and Experience
- QQI Level 7/8 Bachelor's Degree in Social Care or related field
- Registration with CORU or started application process
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Full, clean manual driving licence
- Prior experience in disability services desirable
