Collaboration and Innovation:
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support, motivate, and encourage each other to succeed and achieve goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform and improve customer interactions
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and have the confidence to propose recommendations
Store Operations:
  • Ensure store standards are maintained by replenishing stock, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean and positive store environment
  • Understand and adhere to data protection policies, ensuring all administration is completed accurately and securely
