Job Title:
An Account Growth Specialist is required to support the growth of our business by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
This role involves working closely with the commercial team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve this. The Account Growth Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, negotiating agreements, and ensuring that sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve this
- Negotiate agreements with customers to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure effective sales execution

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
