Senior Construction Site Coordinator

A seasoned Project Supervisor is required to oversee construction site operations, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and monitor progress.
- Inspect works in progress and completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and labor workers.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, and planners.
- Procure materials, supplies, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Handle onsite incidents and emergencies proactively.
- Monitor and raise variations on site in conjunction with the Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager.
Requirements
A successful candidate will possess:
- A 3rd level qualification or trade background with 5 years' experience in similar roles with main contractors.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- A proven track record of working to strict timescales with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent client-facing skills.
- Thorough knowledge of building practices.
- Experience of managing large-scale projects would be an advantage.
